We offer self-guided courses which can be purchased directly off the site. We also offer in person and virtual courses which can be arranged by contacting us directly.
Yes, our courses are developed in line with industry standards. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate as proof of training.
Our online payment platform is PayFast which accepts credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods. We will also be accepting direct EFTs upon request.

No. All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Yes! We offer discounts for bulk purchases and customized corporate training solutions. Contact us for more details. We can also send reports to the training coordinator to ensure that all employees are progressing through the courses.

Our courses are designed to provide comprehensive and engaging learning experiences. Each course comes with a comprehensive digital training manual. The course is broken down into modules and each module contains a video going through the course content and training manual. After each module and activity must be complete before moving onto the next module. An assessment must be completed upon the completion of the course content and activities. In order to pass the course and be issued a certificate a score of 80% and above must be achieved.
Self-Guided Course: You can browse our available courses on our website, add the desired course to your cart, and complete your purchase using our secure checkout system.

Course access completion varies, but most courses allow up to 6 months from the date of purchase for completion. Should you need to exceed this period please contact us and we can extend this time period for you. Companies can also change the completion period should they require the courses to be completed within a specific time frame.
Each course comes with a digital training manual which is yours to keep forever. The training manuals are comprehensive and will have all the information you require.
Yes! Our platform is mobile-friendly, and you can access your courses from any device with an internet connection.
No, with the self-guided courses you can learn at your own pace. Your progress will be saved, so you can resume where you left off. However, in-person and virtual courses must be completed in one sitting.

Yes, once you successfully complete a course, you will receive a digital certificate that you can download and print.
You can access your certificate from your account dashboard after completing the course. Simply click on the download button to save or print it.
Yes! Each certificate comes with a unique certificate number that can be validated on our website. Simply enter the certificate number in our validation tool to verify its authenticity. This is a great tool for an auditor to use!
The certificates do not have an expiry date. It is, however, best and industry practice to do frequent refresher training (the frequency would be course dependant).
If you have completed on of our course and would like to complete a refresher training please contact us and we will provide the training material at a discounted rate.
